Capricorn I am very happy to announce that I will be using the 2010 Capricorn Resort Half Ironman as my lead up race for Ironman Wisconsin. It is one of my favourite races on the domestic calendar and I am very lucky to compete in what will be a sell out race. Nick Munting and his X-Tri team always put on a fantastic weekend and I am looking forward to being a part of it come August.
