To those with heart Luke is trying to continue his Dad's legacy, Pat Spranklin, in raising money for Variety QLD - The Children's Charity, by sponsoring Luke & donating just even $10, for him to compete in the Ironman Cairns Triathlon (3.8km Swim 180km Cycle 42.2km Marathon Run) on Sunday June 9 (also my Birthday!)
Luke Father loved his XXXX Variety Bashes, and raised over $100,000 for the Qld Variety Club since their 1st bash in 1995. He was a bash "legend" by 2004 having participated in 10 bashes.
Luke’s Father was as the club Secretary at the time of his death.
